Responsibilities:

• Well Baby Nursery Rounding
• Conducting thorough medical examinations, including growth and development assessments, to diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions
• Providing preventive care, vaccinations, and immunizations to promote overall health and prevent illnesses
• Evaluating and managing acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections in pediatric patients
• Developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress over time, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Educating parents and caretakers on child health, nutrition, safety, and other relevant topics
• Conducting screenings for developmental delays, behavioral issues, and mental health concerns, and providing appropriate referrals and interventions

• Staying informed about the latest medical advancements, evidence-based practices, and pediatric research
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, parents, and healthcare team members.
