Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from 200,000 to 220,000 plus guaranteed program incentives during first year of practice

Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including

o 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)

o 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)

o With a HIPSA score of 19 you may qualify for three loan repayment programs

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency

• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine

• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
