A company specializing in mechanical services has a full-time opening for an experienced Insulator in the US Caribbean.

The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 4 years of recent verifiable experience with fiberglass pipe, aluminum jacketing, blanket duct wrap, and duct board insulation.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Insulators will be responsible for installing insulation on pipes and ducts.
• Insulator Duties and Responsibilities
• Read blueprints and determine where insulation is needed
• Cut insulation to the correct size
• Install insulation in walls, around pipes, and in air ducts
• Inspect your work for gaps or other issues
• Repair or replace insulation in existing buildings

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 4 years of recent verifiable experience with insulating ducts and pipes.
• Must have hand tools for insulating.
• Must have experience with fiberglass pipe, aluminum jacketing, blanket duct wrap, and duct board insulation.
