Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with strong SQL skills to join our team supporting a leading healthcare client . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with cross-functional teams, and using data (SQL) to make informed decisions. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the voice of the customer and represent stakeholders in product development discussions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to define and prioritize features.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Conduct SQL queries to analyze and validate data related to product functionality, reporting, and performance.
• Partner with QA and engineering teams to ensure high-quality product deliverables.
• Maintain the product roadmap and backlog in alignment with stakeholder priorities and business objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product demos.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA and related regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner preferably in the healthcare domain .
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
