Program Manager – SSPP (Self Service Product Platforms)
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (4 days onsite per week, one day remote)
Type: W2 Long-Term Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion
Rate: $60-$65/hour
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Self Service Product Platforms (SSPP) organization at our Fortune 500 client, Charter (aka Spectrum). This role is focused on delivering high-impact B2B and B2C customer-facing applications, managing the full software development lifecycle, and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups including Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership:
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Define scope, establish timelines, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of customer-facing applications.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA, and Business stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency across the program lifecycle.
Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the full stack software development lifecycle—from planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
Issue & Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and resolve program-level risks and impediments.
- Drive resolution through collaboration and escalation as needed.
Tooling & Reporting:
- Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on key delivery metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technology organization.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, customer-facing applications (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including offshore resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification is a plus, but not required.
