Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)

Job Highlights

• Remote Eligible (US)
• 6-month contract with the potential to extend
• Part-time: 20-30 hours weekly.
• 3-5 years of experience expected as a Legal Administrative Assistant or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Proactive and responsive to urgent requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technically proficient with Slack, Google Suite, slide development, case management tools, and administrative platforms.
• Ability to learn how to upload confidential data in a law firm's portal

Compensation

• $33.33 - $41.67 /hour Pay Rate
