Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Information Technology division can provide you with great personal and professional development. Our IT teams operate as business partners proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new digital and technological organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver services and solutions across our organization. We’re looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to enable healthcare, are able to work on a team as well as independently, and enjoy learning new technologies. As part of the Information Technology team, your assignment could include a role focused on: Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data / Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, User Experience, Automation & more. This role is a hybrid position. Potential internship locations: Rahway, NJ. West Point, PA. Austin, TX. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with a graduation date after August 2026. Preferred majors include Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, and other related fields. Candidates must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Experience and Skills: Strong interpersonal & communication skills, Ability to learn a complex business environment and new concepts quickly, Comfortability with applying for an ambiguous role & being placed in an area that may or may not be within a candidate's comfort zone, Self-starter and will work with limited supervision, Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, helping the organization think differently for the changing IT landscape.
