Responsibilities
• As a Director at The Goddard School located in Seattle, you inspire teachers to impart a love of learning through play to their students while managing the day-to-day operations of the school
• You help build strong relationships with families and teachers to encourage each childs individual development and create a path for future success

• Manage overall operations of the school including human resources, customer service, and facility operations, among other important aspects

• Lead team through anti-bias educational goals
• Inspire confidence with the team, track progress toward goals, and provide feedback to help each employee develop
