Job Title: Janitorial Project Manager 

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional evenings/weekends as needed

About the Role:

Promise Total Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Janitorial Project Manager to oversee on-demand and scheduled cleaning projects for commercial and industrial clients. This role requires someone who can respond quickly to project requests, prepare accurate estimates, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality service delivery — often under flexible or changing timelines.

You will be responsible for managing field crews, site visits, contractor payments, and overall service execution. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure every project is completed on time, within scope, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-demand and scheduled janitorial projects from start to finish in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and define scope of work based on site needs

• Conduct site visits for project assessment, scope clarification, and client coordination

• Schedule crews and coordinate job timelines, sometimes on short notice

• Evaluate labor needs and determine contractor pay based on job scope and performance

• Oversee field operations to ensure jobs are completed per client standards and deadlines

• Act as main point of contact with clients during project execution

• Identify issues on-site and resolve them proactively

• Maintain communication with internal teams and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Experience in janitorial, facility services, or field operations is a plus, but not required

• Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication, scheduling, and follow-through skills

• Basic understanding of job costing and time tracking is helpful

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across job sites in the DFW area

• Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) is a plus, but not required
