Salary Range: $21.75 - $29.50

Job Summary

Are you ready to elevate your nursing career? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and positive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is eager to grow their skillset and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients within our community. In this role, you will provide quality, holistic care, ensuring that patients feel heard and comforted throughout their healthcare journey. As an ambulatory LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician, while enjoying the autonomy of being the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document thorough medical histories from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If IV therapy/management skills are required, completion of an approved AASPN program or IV Therapy course is necessary.
• Hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
