Mechanical Design Engineer (FT/On-Site) Compensation And Benefits The salary range for this position is $100k - $150k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching. In This Role, You Will Design, develop and provide support for new products and products. improvements in R&D. Develop specifications, drawings, work instructions, reports, and other related documentation. Provide testing and documentation to support manufacturing with existing products and new product introduction. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields) required. 5-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Proficiency with SolidWorks and hands-on mechanical aptitude. Self-starter and ability to work in a team when needed. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as project management skills. Must be willing to be flexible in job duties and take on added responsibility when necessary.
