SEEKING PART-TIME to FULL-TIME DISHWASHER (3-4 PM NIGHTS(APPROXIMATLY 25-28 HRS/WEEK)
MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY EVENINGS AND WEDNESDAY EVENINGS* AND FRIDAY SATURDAY****

WE PREFER THAT YOU HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, SOMETIMES OUR CLOCK-OUT TIME IS SLIGHTLY LATER THAN BUSES RUN.

Hello, we are Gwendolyn LLC, with 2 prominent restaurants in San Antonio: Kimura Ramen (at 1017 N. Flores) and Il Forno Pizzeria (Southtown SA). We are expanding our hours, so a number positions to choose from. We have need for both entry level and experienced staff. We employ a good number of students and parents, and work around their schedules. We need people who are serious about their craft: the work is FAST-PACED, and the food is among the best in the city.

Dishwasher which does includes some prep tasks is an entry-mid level job, and includes the following requirements/responsibilities:
1. Stays organized, clean, efficient, sanitary and has a good attitude
2. Keep up with a schedule of tasks
3. Stays responsive to needs of the restaurant
4. Complete prep duties on time and in good quality, i.e. deep cleaning duties and various other small tasks
5.Follows checklists
6.Punctual
7.Serious work ethic, accountability for your actions, integrity
8.Able to lift/push/pull heavy items 30-50 lbs(unloading organizing walk in putting up produce and groceries from deliveries)
SERVE SAFE/FOOD HANDLERS REQUIRED.

MAINTAINING A CLEAN AND EMPTY DISH STATION
KEEPING FLOORS CLEAN
ASSISTS W /SET UP KITCHEN, AND SANITATION NEEDS OR BREAK DOWN KITCHEN (AM OR PM)
COMMUNICATE WITH TEAM TO COORDINATE PICKUPS
DAILY DEEP CLEAN TASKS
SMALL PREP ITEMS ( PEELING EGGS, CUTTING SCALLIONS,CARROTS, DAIKON ... but not limited to)Restaurant Gwendolyn
