Overview

A busy family in the West Village of NYC is looking for an energetic and experienced weekend nanny for their 2 young daughters. The hours are Fridays 4pm - 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am - 6:30pm, with some later nights based on the parents' schedule. The ideal candidate lives in the city and can spend Summer weekends in the Hamptons and travel domestically and internationally with the family throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Care for the well-being of their 2 daughters
• Engage the children in age-appropriate play
• Assist with children's laundry and food prep
• Work collaboratively with the weekday nanny and parents

Qualifications

• Experience with young children and siblings
• Flexibility with hours
• A can-do attitude
• Familiar with the city and comfortable taking the children for walks and to activities

Requirements

• Legal to work in US
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
• Live-in on weekends in the Hamptons during the Summer

Salary and Benefits

$35-$40/hour based on experience British American Household Staffing
