We are seeking a compassionate, strategic, and results-oriented Spa Director to lead our team with integrity, innovation, and operational Position Summary: The Spa Director is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the spa, including mentor leadership, team development, guest satisfaction, and the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This individual will be both a tactical operator and a visionary leader, capable of fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 50+ department heads and spa professionals Cultivate a positive, respectful, and performance-driven work environment. Embody compassion and emotional intelligence in staff engagement and decision- making. Operations & Execution Oversee daily operations across all departments including front desk, service providers, facilities, and retail. Ensure high standards for cleanliness, safety, efficiency, and luxury presentation at all times. Implement and refine SOPs to optimize guest flow, scheduling, and internal communication. Financial & Strategic Management

• Manage and monitor budgets, labor costs, revenue forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that drive revenue across

services and retail. • Partner with ownership on short-term tactics and long-term strategic planning and a strong knowledge of software platforms. Guest Experience & Service Excellence • Uphold and ensure execution of a luxury, five-star guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Handle escalated guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and timely
• Champion guest feedback and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, hospitality, retail or wellness
• Proven ability to manage financials, budgets, and KPIs with confidence and

accuracy. • Strong understanding of spa operations, scheduling, service flow, and team dynamics.

• High emotional intelligence with a compassionate leadership style.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically under pressure.
• Proficient in POS, booking, and spa management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
