Amazons global cross channel, cross category marketing team (XCM), is looking for a Creative Director Art Director to lead the conceptualization and execution of bold, global cross channel campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day creative, while helping shape the long-term direction of the brand. The ideal candidate brings a strong visual background, a passion for world-class creative, great design sensibility and a proven track record of delivering standout work across channelsall while thriving in fast-paced, highly creative environments. At Amazon, XCM Creative Directors are hands on; a combination of creative doer, conceptual powerhouse and team leader. Were looking for someone with strong strategic knowledge, who can make intentional choices, and is excited to tackle new creative challenges every day.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- An available online portfolio

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Impeccable attention to detail, excellent art direction and design sensibility

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
