Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives - Full Time Only
We are a fast-growing fundraising company with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States, and we are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This is a full-time position based out of our office located near Toronto Pearson Airport. Schedule is, Monday to Friday—no weekends required. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
About Us
We are more than a company—we are a family of international fundraising agencies. Our team is made up of friendly, passionate, and diverse individuals who work together to support meaningful causes through face-to-face fundraising.
Many of our team members join us with little to no experience. With hands-on training and ongoing mentorship, they quickly gain the skills needed to grow personally and professionally. We promote exclusively from within, and motivated individuals often move into leadership and management roles within a few short months.
Key Responsibilities
Represent respected charitable organizations with professionalism and integrity
Engage with the public to raise awareness and support for important causes
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering accurate information
Work independently and within a team-based environment
Stay organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced setting
Who We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older
Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Interested in personal development and long-term career growth
Comfortable working in person (this is not a remote position)
Able to commute to our office near Toronto Pearson Airport
