Fractional Accounting Consultant
Remote | Project-Based | Start-Up
Our client, a growing start-up in the healthcare and safety industry, is seeking a Fractional Accounting Consultant to support their financial operations as they scale. This is a project-based role with flexible hours — remote with occasional in-person collaboration — with the goal of wrapping up initial deliverables by year-end.
Key Fractional Accounting Consultant Responsibilities:
Review and refine the current P&L (built in Excel)
Advise on small business accounting best practices
Lead implementation of QuickBooks or similar system
Set up and document financial processes for ongoing use
Ideal Fractional Accounting Consultant Candidate:
Proven experience helping small businesses set up accounting systems
Expertise with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to advise and collaborate with leadership
Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
Other Fractional Accounting Consultant Details:
Fractional, as-needed project work
Remote with occasional in-person meetings (Denver area).
Project targeted for completion by end of year
