Ian's Pizza East Side Milwaukee Ian's brings affordable, craft-quality pizza to the people. We use the finest local ingredients to make the best NY-style, hand-tossed 'za to hit your tastebuds. Specializing in old-school and original combinations, all available by the slice or whole pie.
Near UWM and Landmark Lanes, we're a popular spot to grab a value-for-your-money slice and a beer. On the weekend, we satisfy late-night munchies after the college bars holler last call.

- Cook Base Wage + Tips = about $18.50-$21.00/hour : As a cook, you'll earn a $12.50/hour base wage, which bumps up to $13/hour after initial training. Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, and typically average about $6-$8/hour, generally a little lower than average on day shifts and higher on nights. Money in your pocket at the end of each shift! We also add $1/hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays.

Cook Expectations Get ready to be the pizza pro! As a cook, you'll be whipping up pizzas like a champ, from stretching dough to topping and baking. You might lend a hand with prep or help out in the front-of-house, but mainly, it's all about crafting those delicious pies and keeping things clean and organized. You'll have an awesome team by your side, so even when things get hectic, you'll have backup. And let's talk about the tips - they'll have you swimming in dough! •'°
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
- Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other related equipment.
- English language proficiency is required for this position.
- Must be 18+ to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Story Hill location or for a Seasonal Summer Catering position. All other positions/locations require you to be 18+ years of age.

Cook Availability Ian's East Side (2035 E North Ave) is currently open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-12am, Thursday 11am-1am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. If you are looking for full-time hours, your availability should be mostly open and flexible.
Part-time (anywhere in the 15-30 hours a week range) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) is available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule every week. For full-timers though, we'll make sure you average 30-40 hours each week to ensure your health and dental benefits eligibility.
