Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,400-$1,500 per week

Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in South Bend, Indiana, where you'll help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and collaborative Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering treatment plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Help residents improve their daily living and functional skills through therapeutic interventions.
• Provide hands-on care and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Indiana.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for helping residents achieve their therapy goals.
