Marriott Newton Hotel

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Wash worktables, walls and vent hoods.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

• Previous experience working in a culinary/hotel/kitchen/catering environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
